1. What MyMintCut provides

MyMintCut offers free, browser-based file utilities (such as image compression, image conversion and PDF merging). All processing happens locally on your device; the site never receives your files.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the tools for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it abusively, or use it in a way that violates applicable law. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the rights to use them.

3. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While the underlying technology is well-tested, we cannot guarantee that a given output file will be free of defects or suitable for a particular purpose. Always keep your original files — the tools never modify them, so you can simply try again if a result isn't right.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMintCut and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — this website, including data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

5. Intellectual property

The website's design, text and code are the property of the site operator, except for open-source components (such as the pdf-lib library) which remain under their respective licenses. Your files remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over anything you process, and we couldn't, since we never receive it.

6. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertising, which keeps the tools free. How advertising cookies work is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
