What to include

• Bug reports: the tool you were using, your browser and device, and what happened. Please don't send us the file itself if it's sensitive — a description is enough, since we never see your files otherwise.
• Tool suggestions: what you'd like the tool to do and the file formats involved.
• Privacy or advertising questions: see our Privacy Policy first — it may already answer your question.

A note on your files

Remember that MyMintCut processes everything locally in your browser. We have no account system, no file storage and no processing logs — so if you ask us to "delete your file", the honest answer is that we never had it in the first place.
